- Chair, Connecticut Conference of Municipalities' Public Health and Human Services Committee

- Fairfield's schools and libraries are the cleanest, best renovated in 30 years. All town infrastructure are safe; seven schools and main library renovated over 9 years led by Ken's efforts.
- Fairfield's Senior Citizen tax relief program doubled: one of largest in CT, reducing bills for 3000 seniors
- In Fairfield, helped re-establish quality retail, new arts and theater, shopping districts are thriving
- Preserved and saved 500 acres of public open spaces in past decade
